This is a spacious 4 bedroom & 3 bath beach condo which is located on the third floor of Leeward Key. Rarely do you see a 4 bedroom condo this size in this location. This unit sleeps 12 with 2 king beds, queen bed, three full beds, and a sleeper sofa. During seasonal operation ( March 15th-October 31st ), two complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella are included. My family’s favorite spot anywhere! It will be the perfect beach location for your family too!

The space
Room for the entire family (or two) in this 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath beach condo. Sleeping arrangements include two master bedrooms with a king beds; 3rd bedroom with a queen bed; 4th bedroom with full bunk beds & a separate full bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen and dining room are open to the spacious living room where there is ample seating for your family to gather.

This is the perfect setting for a family vacation or quick getaway for a long weekend. Wake up early and start your day by sipping coffee on your balcony overlooking palm trees and ocean. Then get out and walk, bike, or run on the extra wide sidewalks of Scenic Gulf Drive. Take a stroll on the sandy white beaches with sparkling emerald waters. The kids can build sandcastles while you relax under the umbrella and two beach chairs that are included with your unit (March 15 - November 1). When evening lazily rolls around, cook a meal for the family in the well stocked kitchen or take a walk next door to Kenny D's for the best Cajun food. Just across the street is legendary Captain Dave's for seafood and gulf front dining. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just a golf cart drive away. Guest access
Parking passes will be sent to you before arrival. Boats and trailer parking is available at an additional fee. Leeward Key has a wrist band entry system to the pools and beach gate. These bands will be provided in the unit for your use during your stay. The bands are your responsibility and must be returned before you depart.
Additional notes
A door code to the room will be sent to you the day of your arrival. This is a no-smoking and no-pet unit. Any breaking of these rules and you will be asked to leave immediately and money will not be refunded.

Neighborhood overview
Leeward Key on Scenic Gulf Dr is a laid back beach scene in the perfect location. Only a 30 minute drive from Fort Walton Beach Airport. Leeward Key is a 12 story condo surrounded by beach houses so not too crowded even in the middle of summer. Palm trees line the extra wide sidewalks you can walk, run, or bike while gazing at the emerald waters on the whitest sandy beaches in the US.
Getting around
Parking passes will be emailed to you for parking in the lot behind the building. Rent golf carts, scooters, or bikes just a mile down the street at FantaSea Rentals or La Dolce Vita rentals in the back parking lot. Many outstanding restaurants and quaint coffee shops are within a couple miles and accessible by a short golf cart ride.
